Each WANLAMONT™ design is manufactured with care by our team of experienced creative directors and designers. Due to the high quality and customization of our designs, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to provide exchanges or store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt.

To request an exchange or store credit, please contact support@wanlamont.com within a 7-day window to receive a return authorization number and shipping label. Items must be sent back within 5 days of receiving the shipping label, All items must be returned the way they where received; unworn, unused, and in the same condition as sent.

• Each returned item will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Exchanges are complimentary.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at the warehouse for your store credit to be issued.

At this time, we are unable to accept international returns due to inflated shipping costs. Items returned without a return authorization or provided shipping label will not be accepted under any circumstances.
